A stretch ceiling is a membrane (PVC or fabric) tensioned into a perimeter load-bearing profile. The profile sets the plane, fixing to wall or slab, and the job nodes: shadow gap, curtain niche, light line, slot ventilation, two levels.
The aluminium profile is structure — not trim. Section and fixing system (harpoon or clip) decide install, corners, joints, and accessories. Alumineu profiles use primary aluminium EN AW-6063 T5 (details in the material article).
